Interest is paid only on drawn funds throughout construction.

  • Term: 12–24 months (extensions available)
  • FICO: 620+ (higher scores for best terms)
  • Liquidity: Typically 10%–20% of total project cost
  • Experience: Preferred — First-time builders considered with strong GC
