Through I Invest Realty Group, you can request a construction quote with our Licensed General Contractor partner (Josh) for
projects in Indianapolis, IN
and surrounding areas. From rehab to ground-up, we help investors
execute with clear scope, predictable process, and professional project coordination.
Important:
A lender term sheet is for financing. A construction Scope of Work (SOW)
and bid is for building the project.
Josh will draft the SOW and provide a professional bid once your request is reviewed and scope/access are confirmed.
Services We Coordinate
We help investors coordinate quotes and construction planning with our Licensed GC partner. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are dependent on property condition, access, feasibility, and contractor availability.
Important Requirements
- Service area: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas only.
- Term sheet status: If financing is being used, we will verify that a loan term sheet is in place (or actively in process) with I Invest Realty Group before we release a finalized construction bid.
- Quote readiness: Property address + project type + clear description are required for review.
- SOW + bid: Josh will draft the SOW and provide a professional bid once scope/access are confirmed.
- Access & timelines: Quote timelines depend on scope complexity and scheduling availability.
