Working Capital Loans

For payroll, inventory, marketing, equipment, seasonal expenses, and business growth. These are lump-sum business loans with a defined repayment schedule. Some programs offer fixed weekly payments and terms up to 36 months; amount and eligibility vary.

For approved industries, a general pathway starts at a 575 Equifax score, one month under the same ownership, and $17,000 monthly sales ($200,000 annually). These minimums do not apply to every option and do not guarantee approval.

Flexible Principal Payments

Eligible businesses may defer up to 50% of loan principal to reduce initial payments. The deferred principal remains due. Review its due date and repayment options in your offer before borrowing.

Interest-Only Business Loans

Published amounts of $50,000 to $750,000, including a $500,000 single-entity cap and $750,000 multi-entity cap. Interest-only payments may be available for up to a year, followed by an amortizing rollover option up to two years. Interest-only does not mean 0% interest.

Initial draw starts at $50,000; further draws start at $25,000 and require review. Published draw qualifications include four years in business, guarantor homeownership, and a 651+ Equifax Beacon score. Early payoff carries minimum finance charges for the full interest-only period.

Business Bridge Loans

Temporary business financing while awaiting another source of capital, such as bank or SBA financing, or a commercial property sale/refinance. Published bridge terms include amounts up to $1 million and repayment terms up to 36 months. Future financing is not guaranteed.

This funds a business need; it is different from a commercial real estate bridge loan secured for a property transaction, and is not itself an SBA-guaranteed loan.

Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC Businesses

A separate skilled-trades pathway lists a basic maximum of $250,000, a 651+ Beacon score, three years in business, $300,000 annual sales, and a registered entity with EIN. Home-based businesses may qualify.

Prepare six months of business bank statements, the most recent federal tax return, guarantor ID, and liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Inspections may be required. Ask about current expanded limits and industry eligibility.

Need ongoing access instead of a lump sum? Compare business lines of credit. For government-guaranteed financing, explore SBA loans.
